Welcome to Sanqora. By downloading, installing, or using the Sanqora mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Definitions

• "Sanqora", "we", "our", or "us" refers to Sanqora, the operator of the App.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the App.
• "Content" refers to text, images, data, and any other material submitted through the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Sanqora. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload harmful, offensive, or infringing content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers
• Use automated means to access the App without our permission

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting content, you grant Sanqora a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content within the App for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed in the App are the property of Sanqora or their respective owners. You may not use them without prior written consent.

7. Free Trial

• New users may receive a 14-day free trial.
• You will not be charged during the trial period.
• Your paid subscription will begin automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand.
• We will tell you the exact date your trial ends at the point of sign-up.
• You can cancel at any time during the trial.
• Deleting the app does not cancel your trial or subscription.

8. Subscription Plans

We offer monthly, quarterly, six-monthly and annual subscription options. The price for each plan is shown clearly in the app before you subscribe.

All subscriptions are:

• Paid in advance for the chosen period
• Billed to your Apple or Google account
• Set to renew automatically unless cancelled

9. Automatic Renewal

By starting a subscription, you agree that:

• Your plan will renew automatically at the end of each billing period
• Your Apple/Google account will be charged within 24 hours before renewal
• The renewal price will be the same as your original price unless we notify you of a change

If you do not want your subscription to renew, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

10. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your:

• Apple ID Subscriptions (for iOS users)
• Google Play Subscriptions (for Android users)

Sanqora cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

After cancellation:

• You will continue to have access until the end of the paid period
• You will not be refunded for any unused time

11. Refunds

All payments and refunds are handled directly by:

• Apple App Store for iOS
• Google Play Store for Android

Sanqora does not process payments and cannot issue refunds. You may request a refund through the relevant store's support process.

12. Pricing Changes

We may update our subscription prices from time to time. If we do:

• You will be notified in advance
• You will have the option to cancel before the new price takes effect

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the App settings.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sanqora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
